Weight Loss Workout Session- One-On-One PT
A 45 min, 2 part, hands on, workout session with short explanations and demonstrations followed by a strategic weight loss workout that maximizes the calories burned.
This 1 session will teach you :
-Energy Exertion Levels
-The 4 Zones in Fitness
-Joint Mobility Angles
-Planes of the Body
This is a trial session for the T.A.N.K. Fitness System Program
(Monthly Package will have 15 sessions minimum available. Must be used with in 30 days.
